DETROIT (WWJ) -- The Detroit Police Department is asking the public for help in finding a 15-year-old girl who suffers from mental illness.
Kiara Baker left her home on the 15200 block of Mayfield Street on the city's east side on Sunday, Nov. 28 at approximately 6 p.m. and failed to return home.

She is described as white with brown hair, brown eyes, 5'4" tall and about 160 lbs.
Baker was last seen wearing a turquoise hooded sweatshirt, gray pajama pants, black socks and gray Nike flip flops.
