DETROIT (WWJ) -- Detroit Police investigators are hoping someone in the public can help them to identify several people wanted in connection with a property crime on the city's east side.
Shortly before 11 p.m. on Tuesday, officials with the DPD's 7th Precinct say multiple suspects — seen in surveliene images released by police — tried to break in to a vehicle parked in the 1400 block of Gratiot Ave., near Lafayette Park.
Police said some damage was done to the vehicle in the process.
The suspects were driving a gray Dodge Journey and a silver Chevy Trailblazer, police said.
