DETROIT (WWJ) -- Detroit Police are asking the public for tips to help a missing teen come home safely after nearly a month.
Police said Amrani Akinyele, 17, was last seen on December 4th around 11 p.m., entering "a white four-door Sedan like vehicle" outside his home on Appoline (9200 block) near W. Chicago and Schaefer Highway.
He's described as 6'0" and 155 lbs. His mother told police he's run away before but has never been gone for so long.
