Police still searching for missing Detroit woman with mental illness

(WWJ) Detroit Police are hoping someone in the public has spotted this missing woman.

Janet Davis was last seen on Monday, January 4, at her residence in the 12000 block of Rosemary, in the area of Gratiot Ave. and E. Outer Drive. She left between 11 a.m. and noon, police said, and did not and return home.

Davis is 62 years old, and was last seen wearing a black coat and camouflage pants. No further description was provided.

Police said Davis is believed to be in good physical condition, but lives with a mental illness, according to her caretaker.
