(WWJ) Tips are wanted in the case of a missing Detroit teen who jumped out of her mother's moving car, and got into another.
Daria King, 17, was last seen Sunday, March 28, at 3:15 p.m. in the area of Grand River Ave. and Rutherford in Detroit.
It was reported that the teen was in her mom's car, which was still in motion, when a newer-model silver Chevy Malibu with tinted windows pulled up next to them.
That's when King hopped out and got into the front seat passenger side of the Malibu, which then speed away.
The teen's mother told police that she was unable to follow the car, as the driver disregarded traffic signals.

King is described as 5'3" tall and around 150 lbs., with brown eyes and short, red curly hair. She was last seen wearing a white t-shirt with a large red writing on front, black leggings, pink scarf wrapped around her head and brown boots.
King is in good physical condition, but her mother said she has multiple medical conditions. Her mother is concerned for her safety, as King has not taken her medication.
The mother reported that she fears her daughter may harm herself.
Anyone who has seen this missing teen, or who knows of her whereabouts, is asked to call the Detroit Police Department's Second Precinct Detective Unit at 313-596-5240 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up (1-800-773-2587).
