Police seek biker group responsible for beating man outside Monroe County bar, leaving him with several stitches, seizures

CARLETON, MICH. (WWJ) -- Police are looking for a group of six bikers believed to be responsible for beating a man outside of a Monroe County bar -- leaving him with several stitches and seizures.

Police told WWJ that the incident began after a 35-year-old man accidently bumped into a man wearing the colors of the Iron Coffins Motorcycle club at the Wolf's Den Bar in the 1400 block of Monroe Street in Carleton on Saturday.

Investigators said that the rest of the members in the biker club started yelling at the victim, so he tried to slip out the side door.

The men ended up following him outside where they jumped and attacked him.

The victim had to receive 28 stitches in his head in order to close a wound. Officials said he is also suffering from seizures.

Police are still looking for the suspects, and asking for the public's help in identifying the people in the above photo.
