CANTON (WWJ) -- An accident in Canton involving a police vehicle and two other cars happened early Thursday at Ford and Haggerty roads.
WWJ’s Mike Campbell was on the scene, and reported that a Canton Police cruiser had landed on its roof in the intersection.
Two other vehicles were also damaged in accident, which reportedly occurred around 8:00 a.m. as the police officer was responding to a separate rollover incident on I-275.
The other drivers and passengers involved had only minor injuries, and the driver of squad car is also believed to be okay.
Michigan State Police are currently investigating the situation.
