
PONTIAC (WWJ) A Pontiac elementary school teacher, accused of sexually assaulting a relative from the time she was seven to 14-years-old, was arrested and charged.
Oakland County prosecutors charged Brian Hallock, 44, with criminal sexual conduct in the second degree.
According to Oakland County sheriff’s officials; he is accused of “improperly touching” the victim, now 14, for the past seven years.
Sheriff’s deputies were dispatched to a home on Second Avenue in Pontiac after the caller reported a sexual assault. Detectives questioned Hallock, who denied all allegations.
The victim told investigators Hallock had been abusing her for seven years, authorities said.
Authorities arrested Hallock—a third grade teacher at a charter school— at his Pontiac home on Thursday, September 25. Authorities said the victim is not one of his students.
He was arraigned the following day at 50th District Court in Pontiac. The judge set his bond at $100,000. If he makes bond, he will be forced to wear a GPS tether and prohibited from having contact with minors under the age of 18.
He is due back in court on October 15th.
