(WWJ) A search was underway in Auburn Hills near the Stellantis headquarters building along I-75 for one of three people who led police on a chase that started in northern Oakland County.
Police and Oakland County Sheriff deputies were searching a wooded, swampy area Tuesday morning. Drivers in the area reported police had the exit to Chrysler Drive blocked. Stellantis workers posted messages saying said they received text messages saying there was police activity in the area.
The suspects were driving all-terrain vehicles, ATVs, on the freeway when the chase started in Groveland Township.
Michigan State Police were able to catch two suspects, but the third got away.
