(WWJ) Police are searching for four people wanted in connection with a drive-by shooting that followed a fight in Eastpointe.
At around 6 p.m. Sunday, police were called to the 23,000 block of Piper about several women fighting.
A short time later, another call came in about a shooting at the same scene.
When officers arrived, an investigation found that two women — believed to be in their 20s — were fighting in front of a home while other people watched.
Police don't know what started the fight, but it was eventually broken up by a man, according to witnesses.
Once it was over, a man and three women got into a silver Chevy Trailblazer and fled.
But, moments later, police said the group came back and at least one of them fired shots from the vehicle.
Five spent .45 caliber rounds were recovered at the scene.
There were no injuries reported.
On Monday, detectives were still working on identifying the suspects and reviewing video.
