(WWJ) – What is happening in the skies above the United States? That’s the question that’s been on everyone’s mind over the last week and a half, as the military has shot down four objects in American airspace.

The latest such instance was an unidentified object first spotted over Montana last week and taken down by fighter jets above Lake Huron on Sunday afternoon. It’s a story that’s captured the attention of the nation, and now after Sunday, Metro Detroiters are really paying attention.

On a new Daily J, WWJ’s Zach Clark explores what weather balloons, spy devices and aliens have in common – if anything. He gets the latest on what we know about Sunday’s takedown and hears from experts on what exactly might be going on.
