Detroit Police search for four persons of interest in a shooting that injured a 15 year-old

DETROIT (WWJ) – Detroit Police are asking for help identifying four persons of interest connected to the April 21 shooting.

It happened Monday, around 12:23 p.m., in the 18400 block of Greenview on the city’s west side.

Investigators say two groups of teenagers got into a verbal altercation. During the fight, shots were fired and a 15 year-old boy was hit.

The teen survived and was treated at a local hospital for his injuries.

The Detroit Police Department released photos and descriptions of the persons-of-interest:

POI #1: Male, 5’ 7”– 5’ 10”, slim build, wearing a black ski mask, and black jogging Suit.

POI #2: Male, thin build, light colored jacket with a hood, black hood underneath, and a white shirt.

POI #3: Male, approximately 17-years-old, 5’ 10”– 5’ 11”, slim build, gray ‘Nike’ hooded sweatshirt, and black ripped jeans.

POI #4: Male, approximately 15-years-old, 5 ’6”, wearing a black jacket with a white shirt underneath.
