(WWJ) Ann Arbor Police are searching for a suspect accused of stabbing three women at an Ann Arbor hotel.
Police say officers were called to the Sonesta Suites near State Street and Eisenhower Parkway around 1:30 Easter morning on reports of three women stabbed.
The stabbing happened inside a hotel room one of the victims had been renting.
The victims are 27, 33 and 36 years old. All are being treated at U of M hospital.
The 27-year-old victim from Ypsilanti was stabbed multiple times. A responding officer used a trauma kit to pack her wounds and applied a tourniquet before ambulances arrived.
She is in critical condition.
The 36-year-old had been staying in the room. She is in stable condition.
The 33-year-old was renting the room and is also in stable condition.
The relationship between the women has not been revealed. Police have also not said which of the women the suspect was targeting or his motive.
A suspect, 47, has been identified. His last known address is in Ypsilanti. Investigators are looking to question him.
