(WWJ) Where is Israel Rios?
Detroit Police are asking for tips from the public in the case of a 19-year-old man who was last seen by his family on Friday, December 18.
According to investigators, Rios was dropped off in the 14900 block of Starthmoor, in the area of Hubbell Ave. and Fenkell, at around 10 a.m. that day — reportedly to visit a friend, and did not return home.
Now, nearly two weeks later, he has not returned home, and his parents are worried about him.
Rios is described as approximately 5'5", 150 lbs. with dark hair he wears in braids. He was last seen wearing a black and gray coat and black jogging pants.
Police say he is believed to be in good physical and mental health condition.
Anyone who has seen this missing man is asked to call the Detroit Police Department's Tenth Precinct Investigative Unit at 313-596-1040 or Crime Stoppers at 1-800-Speak Up (1-800-773-2587). As always, all calls to Crime Stoppers are 100% anonymous and you will not be asked to speak to police.
