(WWJ) Detroit police are searching for two young girls who left home overnight Friday.
Police say Alexis Gean, 15, and Mariah Acosta, 12, left the residence together on Somerset near Harper, just off I-94 between 11 p.m. Friday and 5 a.m. Saturday. They have not been seen or heard from since.
Alexis is described as 5'3" and 120 lbs. She has green eyes, and was last seen wearing a gray hooded sweater.
Mariah is 5'4" and 160 lbs, with brown eyes. She was last seen wearing a black hooded sweater and black leggings.
Family says they are both in good mental and physical health.
