(WWJ) A Michigan Lottery player won Thursday night's Lucky for Life drawing after purchasing a ticket online -- landing $25,000 per year for life.

Officials say this is the second time in two weeks that a Michigan player has won the Lucky for Life prize.

The most recent winning ticket was sold online through MichiganLottery.com and matched the five white balls drawn Thursday evening -- 10-17-22-42-46.

On January 20, another lucky player matched the drawing -- 02-10-28-30-44. That winning ticket was bought at ABC Liquor, located at 311 Lansing St. in Charlotte, just 20 miles southwest of Lansing.

Neither player has come forward to claim their winnings. So if you've played Lucky for Life with a ticket purchased from either vendor, make sure you check your ticket!

In 2022, eight lucky players won the lifetime Lucky for Life prize.

Winners have two options for collecting the grand prize -- an annual $25,000 payment for a minimum of 20 year or life, or a one-time lump sum cash payment of $390,000.

Winners should contact the Michigan Lottery Player Relations Division at 844-887-6836. Prizes must be claimed at Lottery headquarters in Lansing. Lucky recipients have a year from the date of the drawing to collect their winnings.
