(WWJ) The Michigan State Police Second District is showing off drugs, guns and other items seized during raids in Ecorse and Detroit.
MSP said the Metro Narcotics Enforcement Team (MNET) executed search warrants in those two cities on Thursday, March 27.
In total, detectives seized 259 grams of cocaine, 250 grams of fentanyl, seven firearms, and two Glock switches — a device sued to make a semi-automatic Glock handgun into an automatic handgun, MSP said.
Detectives also seized $21,000 and a Dodge vehicle.
The street value of the drugs is approximately $30,000, according to police.
There were no arrests announced, and MSP said the investigation is ongoing.
MNET was assisted in this case by MSP’s 2nd District Headquarters and the Metro South Post.
MSP said this operation was supported by a Edward Byrne Memorial Justice Assistance Grant (JAG) awarded by the U.S. Department of Justice (DOJ) and administered by the MSP.
