
**UPDATE: Warren man identified, arrested in connection with stranger danger incident involving teen girl**
WARREN (WWJ) -- The Warren Police Department is sharing new details about a stranger danger incident involving a high school student, and are asking for help in identifying the suspect.
According to investigators, a Cousino High School student was walking home at around 4 p.m. Wednesday when a man she didn't know approached her at Shawn and Jenny, in a neighborhood near Masonic and Bunert Rd.
When the man tried to convince the girl to get into his car, she pulled out her cell phone and started recording the interaction. When the noticed that the teen was point her cell phone at him, the man took off.
The suspect is described as a white male, around 35 years old, with light brown hair and blue eyes.
He was driving an older model Jeep Grand Cherokee with a black luggage rack and damage to the left rear driver side door.
Police said the suspect never used physical force and didn't showed any weapons.
In a news release Thursday, the Warren PD said it's officers are still investigating the incident, and are pursuing several leads.
