WARREN (WWJ) -- A little boy was rushed to the hospital after going underwater in a swimming pool in Warren.
Police were called to the home on Beatrice Avenue near Schoenherr Road on Sunday afternoon around 3 p.m. after the 18-month-old boy was pulled from the water.
According to Warren Police Lt. Charles Younkin, family members had gone back the house when the little boy returned outside and got into the pool.
After authorities were able to find a pulse on the child, he was transported to the hospital for treatment.
A recent update from family members says the boy was in stable condition at Children's Hospital.
