But Wyoming police say the shooting was not random and that the victim knew the gunman, although it's not clear yet what that relationship is.

The suspect was arrested in Grand Rapids after investigators received information from a witness.

This shooting comes just a couple weeks after the stabbing at a Meijer store just a few blocks away.

"Our officers and detectives have worked around the clock to make sure that these people are no longer a threat to our public," said Wyoming Police Lieutenant Brian Look. "They have taken the people that are responsible for these crimes into custody very quickly to make sure that our residents are safe."

No motive has been determined.

Charges in this shooting could be filed as early as Tuesday.
