TROY (WWJ) -- A woman seen wandering along a Metro Detroit freeway with a 55-gallon drum over her head was stopped and arrested by police Sunday night.
Michigan State Police say a trooper spotted her on I-75 near the Big Beaver Road exit around 6 p.m. on Sunday.
As the trooper checked on the 33-year-old, she said she was out picking up trash.
According to police, the woman was not cooperative, and was acting erratic. They suspect she was on drugs.
The trooper asked for her ID, but she refused and tried to walk away.
Troy police eventually showed up and took her into custody. Charges are pending prosecutor review.
