BLOOMFIELD TWP. (WWJ) — Police in Bloomfield Township are asking for tips after someone robbed a Dick’s Sporting Goods store over the weekend.
It happened Saturday at the Dick’s store at the Bloomfield Town Square along Telegraph Road near Square Lake Road, according to the Bloomfield Township Police Department.
The Dick’s manager told police a Black woman believed to be in her 30s came into the store and stole seven pieces of Nike merchandise worth about $650, according to police.
The suspect left the store and fled the scene in a burgundy or maroon Nissan Altima, officials said.
While no photos of the suspect have been released, she was said to be wearing a pink hat and a burgundy jacket.
