Eric Trump appeared as guest on Fox News on Monday night to discuss the ongoing Russian invasion of Ukraine, and found a way to mock President Joe Biden in the process.

However, he didn't think his commentary all the way through, and has since received tons of backlash from people online.

A video of Biden riding his bike over the weekend in Delaware was shown, and led Trump to criticize the President for the activity.

"Here you have Biden on this beach cruiser with this big ridiculous reflector on the front of it," Trump said. "It might as well have had a little horn on it as well. He's riding slowly, probably to go get ice cream.

"Literally in a world where, you know, you almost have World War Three. Everything that you guys have been talking about on the show up until this point, but all the problems here domestically and the guy's literally riding a beach cruiser around the place, right?"

Trump went on to compare Biden's actions amid the Russian invasion to what his father, Donald Trump, would be doing if he was still in office.

"My father would be giving speeches in front of F-35s, talking about how he’s building the greatest military the world has ever seen," Trump said. "He'd be out there lobbying for you know, defense funding so he could rebuild the military. He'd be talking about rebuilding the nuclear arsenal."

Trump clearly forgot about all of the golf outings his father would go on during his presidency.

According to Golf News Net, Donald Trump went golfing 308 times during his four-year term. That averages out to about 21% of the days he spent as president. Trump's golf outings were widely publicized, especially during the early days of the COVID-19 pandemic.

For context, Golf News Net says that as of Sept. 21, 2021, Biden has gone golfing nine times since becoming president.

Some Twitter users had harsh words for Eric Trump, calling him out for criticizing Biden for riding a bike while there are bigger things going on in the world.

"@EricTrump You are such a pathetic excuse for an American. You embellish with lies about Biden on a bike ride, while your loser father was on a golf cart more than any president in history. You choose not to support our government and further the divide. That makes you a loser," the Twitter user said.

"Well, actually there are literally hundreds of videos of Donald Trump golfing during periods of grave domestic and international upheaval," another said.
