NEW YORK (1010 WINS) -- Lady Gaga made a previously-unannounced appearance at the Stonewall Day concert on Christopher Street Friday afternoon to the delight of concert-goers. She spoke to the crowd, but did not perform.

"Dance, sing, rejoice, worship yourself, worship each other," Lady Gaga told the crowd.

Gaga also spoke about the Trump administration, referring to it as "oppressive."

"I will always be there for you, we are all real friends now," she told the crowd.

"I will not stop in pursuit of this liberation," she added. "Take that spotlight, it belongs to you."

"Thank you for inviting me. I feel so blessed," she added.
