Police near Little Rock, Arkansas were recently informed of a man harassing women at a local store, where they reported he would follow them around and offer to give them foot massages.
Most would agree it is definitely creepy, but also astounding because apparently this man the police are looking for has no arms.
At least three women have reported being harassed by the man, and the police know it's all the same guy according to KARK because every time, the harasser has not had any arms.
Police do know the man's identity, but have still yet to track down 32-year-old Brian Reams. They have issued a warrant for his arrest.
Police officials said they're glad the women came forward because is the type of situation that often times goes unreported, but makes women feel unsafe.
Conway City Attorney Charles Finkenbinder and Conway police said they hope this tale will encourage others to report such incidents, no matter how small they may seem.
"We want people to feel safe in public, and we want them to understand their story matters. People do have the right to go out in public without being harassed," said Lacey Kanipe, a Conway Police Department information officer.
