A woman is seeking $1 million from GEICO after she was involved in an incident with a gentleman whose vehicle was covered by the insurance provider.
But it wasn't a crash.
She's suing GEICO because she had sexual relations with a guy in the backseat of his 2014 Hyundai Genesis, and says she got HPV as a result. Even though they didn't use protection, she says she still feels GEICO owes her a payout because the man in question has a policy with them.
GEICO filed a counter lawsuit to get the entire case dismissed per Reason.com, adding that their car insurance only covers injuries that happen "out of the ownership, maintenance, or use of" the car.
This situation doesn't sound like it fits into that category, though the judge has yet to make a ruling.
