City of Detroit suit sues owner of troubled apartment complex

On Detroit's west side, residents are dealing with more issues at an apartment complex, after the city came in to clean up the trash. WWJ's Charlie Langton reports the city is now suing the owners of the complex, demanding that they keep squatters out.
