Hundreds of available jobs are up for grabs as ten restaurants at the new terminal at Louis Armstrong International Airport are staffing up ahead of the anticipated opening.
To fill those positions HMSHost is holding a jobfair at the Crowne Plaza Airport Hotel today and tomorrow. The jobfair is running from 8am to 5pm.
Available positions include servers, baristas, bartenders, crew members, wok chefs, cooks, and support personnel. Front and back of house employees like hosts and hostesses, commissary managers and runners, utility personnel are also needed.
HMSHost says intested candidates with customer service and hospitality experience are encouraged to apply.
You'll need two forms of identification with you when you attend. All candidates attending the hiring event will likely get an immediate interview.
