The Louisiana pastor who defied stay at home orders has a warrant for his arrest on an unrelated aggravated assault charge.

According to WWL-TV, the Central Police Department want Pastor Tony Spell after they say on Sunday, he backed-up and hit a protestor with a church bus he was driving. No one was seriously injured in the incident.

Spell runs the Life Tabernacle in Central Louisiana. Earlier this month he was issued a summons for defying Louisiana’s stay at home orders by holding mass with his congregation, exceeding the crowd-limit rule due to the coronavirus.
