U.S. energy supply chains may be in for more upheaval as oil refiners reconsider the direction of their business. Phillips 66 plans to transform a San Francisco-area oil refinery into a plant that produces a biofuel known as renewable diesel, one of several such projects in the pipeline as big U.S. refiners weigh their operations against reduced demand for fossil fuels.   One firm projects that U.S. renewable-diesel consumption will double over the next decade.

The first major cruise ship to set sail in the Mediterranean in almost five months has left from the Italian city of Genoa.  MSC Cruises says all passengers and crew were tested for coronavirus before boarding.

Carnival Cruise Line has released a new video showcasing the first rollercoaster at sea, which will be featured on the new Mardi Gras.  The coaster, nearly 800 feet long, will hit 40 miles per hour.  Guests will be able to start enjoying the coaster when the largest ever Carnival cruise ship begins sailing from Port Canaveral, Florida in February.
