New Orleans Trepwise, a business consulting firm, is putting its brainpower at the disposal of local businesses that need it.
Trepwise provides planning and crisis management to help businesses recognize the challenges facing them and help them plot a way forward.
New Orleans City Business reports the firm is offering 45-minute strategy sessions to New Orleans-based businesses to help them.
Trepwise will offer assessments of the on-going COVID-19 crisis on companies and inform them on short-term decision making.
The group will also work up digital meetings and help with designing remote ‘work-from-home’ environments for company teams, their clients and customers.
Trepwise will simulate models and plans for businesses to respond to meet the needs of clients, customers, and needs of the community.
Speaking to New Orleans City Business, Trepwise founder and director Kevin Wilkins stated he wants to provide directions for business leaders and others to weather the financial insecurity.
“We’re not going to pretend we’re solving the world’s issues in 45 or 50 minutes,” Wilkins said. “What we are going to do is make sure people are walking out of these sessions with clarity, calmness and clear next steps of what they need to prioritize.”
Since formally announcing the strategy sessions Wilkins told City Business company has seen a strong demand for their assistance.
