New Orleans native Harry Connick Jr. has posted a public letter to NFL Commissioner Roger Goodell.
"To not call the pass interference/helmet-to-helmet penalties at the end of the game was one of the most disgraceful no-calls I have ever seen," the musician, actor and TV host said on Instagram.
Connick said that he would feel this way even if the Saints were not the victims of the missed call.
"It sickens me to know that the people who are assigned to fairly officiate the game seemingly had no regard for not only a dangerous penalty but one that would certainly have changed the outcome of the game."
He went on to say the he will boycott the NFL until things change.
"You can count me out," he wrote. "Until changes are made, specifically, booth review of outcome-altering no-calls."
if you're interested, here's my letter to the @nfl - i'm mailing it tomorrow. #nfl
