Cristobal brings street flooding, high winds to Southeast LA

Cristobal made landfall at Grand Isle and the mouth of the river Sunday evening. It brought rain, street flooding and winds up 50 mph.

Cristobal brought flooding in Hopedale and Yscloskey and in St. Bernard Parish.

St. Bernard Parish President Guy Mcinnis urged people to not travel outside the levee system unless absolutely necessary.
