The New Orleans Jazz and Heritage Festival says Diana Ross will play at the 2019 Jazz Fest.
"Diana Ross, one the most iconic performers in American music history, has just been added to the 50th anniversary music lineup," according to a news release. "Ross, who celebrates her Diamond Diana 75th Birthday this year, will make her first-ever appearance at Jazz Fest on Saturday, May 4."
Organizers say With 18 number-one singles, she is one of the greatest entertainers of her time.
The announcement follows word that Bob Seger has pulled out of the festival.
Other headliners include the Rolling Stones, Katy Perry, Dave Matthews Band, Jimmy Buffett, Chris Stapleton, Santana, Pitbull, Van Morrison, Al Green, Logic, Earth Wind and Fire and many more.
