Do you get in the holiday spirit when its cold outside like it is this morning? We talked with some people downtown and most like it cold, especially close to Christmas. But will it make them shop for Christmas?
This lady said it does."I will shop when it's nice and cold, but if it's cold and rainy, no," she said.
"When it's cold, I want to stay by the warm fireplace," said this man.
"Well being that I do online shopping, you won't see me shopping, but I will be outside because it puts me in the Christmas spirit," another woman said.
"Yes, I love the cold weather, so I'm going to get my shopping done, you know it," this lady said.
"I would like to be wrapped up inside, drinking some hot cocoa," another worker downtown told us. "No indeed," said this man. "I want to be by the TV watching a movie when it's cold like this."
Weather should stay rather cold for the next few days but we'll slowly warm up by the beginning of next week. Maybe the 70s by Christmas Day.
