Louisiana is seeing a larger jump in hospitalizations today amid a spike in recent coronavirus cases.
Health officials say 41 more people were admitted to hospitals from Sunday to Monday with COVID-19.
That's the biggest single day jump in two months.
The Louisiana Department of Health today also reported 11 more coronavirus deaths after just one reported Sunday.
The number of cases increased by 461.
