Emergency officials in New Orleans have expanded the evacuation zone around the collapsed construction site for the Hard Rock hotel at Canal and Basin streets.
City officials say they are working with engineers to come up with a plan for stabilizing the site. Part of the under-construction building crumbled to the street below Saturday morning.
