Expect to see film crews in a couple of place in Metairie today.
The movie "Jay and Silent Bob Reboot" is shooting near Metairie Country Club at 580 Woodvine Drive.
"Filming will take place between the hours of 7:00am and 11:00am," Jefferson Parish officials released. "Intermittent traffic control will affect parking on portions of Nassau Drive between Northline Street and Englewood Parkway."
The film stars Kevin Smith of "Clerks" fame.
Meanwhile crews are shooting "NCIS: New Orleans" near the corner of Airline Drive and Transcontinental.
"The southbound, right lane of Transcontinental Drive at Finch Street will close on Tuesday, March 12, 2019, between the hours of 7:00am and 12:00pm," the release explained. "
