Light showers, slick conditions and fog this morning.  

A dense fog advisory in effect until 9 a.m. 


The light showers are moving through and will taper off into the afternoon, but better rain chances by Thursday. 

"The next couple of days will be looking kind of gloomy," said WWL-TV meteorologist Chris Franklin.   

We should clear out by Friday and better weather over the weekend.
