
A cold front has blown across Louisiana.
"Our first true cold front has moved through and get ready for some cold temperatures in New Orleans!" WWL TV Meteorologist Dave Nussbaum said. "We will have scattered showers and a few thunderstorms today until 1:00pm."
He says we saw 80s overnight fall to 70s early this morning, then through the 60s.
"Kids may want some warmer clothes under their costumes. It will be dry and breezy with temperatures falling from the 50s into the 40s between 6:00 and 8:00pm."
He says it will be clear and cold over night.
"Lows north of the lake will fall to the mid 30s and south of the lake in the mid 40s."
We don't even see 60s at any time on Friday.
