About two dozen people were displaced in Harvey Sunday morning after a two-alarm fire at an apartment complex.
Residents were left without electricity after the fire broke out a few minutes after 8 a.m. in the 2100 block of Manhattan Boulevard.
Firefighters on scene saw flames from the exterior of the three-story complex. Crews were able to contain the fire to one unit and to the exterior of the complex.
The fire department says the scene was cleared by 9:45 a.m. and no one was injured.
The fire department is looking into what caused the fire.
