We start off our Friday morning with lots of clouds and warmer all day with temperatures in the 60s for the morning commute. Some of us may see patches of fog.
By Friday afternoon our temperatures will climb into the upper 70s and we could see some possible rain. A little more humid, too.
"By tonight the cold front gets closer and the rain chances go up, especially by Saturday morning," said WWL-TV meteorologist Payton Malone. "The overnight period will be mild with lows in the 60s."
Our best chance of rain comes Saturday morning, between 6 a.m. and noon.
"After noon the cold front moves through and dries out the area," Malone said. "The temperatures will drop through the afternoon as well with highs in the lower 60s during the afternoon."
Sunday night will be chilly under clear skies and Saints Sunday will be sunny and cool for the game.
Next week begins with sunshine, but it won't last. Rain chances return on Tuesday, Wednesday, and even possible on Thanksgiving. Look for temperatures in the 70s.
