WWL-TV’s Dave Nussbaum says, “An area of high pressure will build over us on Saturday. We will be partly cloudy, hot and a little more humid with just a slight chance for an afternoon shower/storm. High temperatures will be in the lower 90s. The area of high pressure will be east of us on Sunday. This will bring back southerly winds and the humidity. It will be partly cloudy with a few showers and high temperatures in the lower 90s.”
