WWL-TV’s Dave Nussbaum says, “An area of high pressure is over the region and an upper-level low will be sitting over the Carolinas for the next few days. We will be mostly sunny, hot and not as humid today. High temperatures will be in the lower 90s, and it will feel like the mid to upper 90s. Tonight will be mostly clear and more comfortable. Lows north in the upper 60s and south in the mid-70s.”
