Another hot day with spotty showers expected for your Monday.
WWL-TV’s Dave Nussbaum says, “A tropical wave is moving into Texas this morning and taking most of the rain with it. We will have a partly to mostly cloudy day with spotty showers and storms. The storms will develop with the heating of the day - typical summer-type storms. Watch out for some downpours. High temperatures will climb into the lower 90s. Tonight will be partly cloudy and muggy with a few showers. Lows will be in the 70s north and 80s south. Tuesday will be similar to today with spotty storms. High temperatures will be in the lower to mid-90s.”
