The National Hurricane has identified four disturbances that have a chance of developing in the tropics.
The two day chances for development are pictured above.
WWL TV Meteorologist Alexandra Cranford says, "It really doesn't look like any of these are going to be threatening the Louisiana coast."
She notes that at this time none of the disturbances are even a tropical depression.
"None of these are named storms. None of these are organized or developed."
One is headed away from the US in the Atlantic.
Another is on a path for Central America.
The other two are close to Africa.
