The Louisiana Department of Health reported two additional Hurricane Laura related deaths in Louisiana.
According to the Associated Press, Saturday the LDH reported that a 52-year old man from Grant Parish died from heat-related complications while removing storm debris, and a 25-year-old man form Natchitoches Parish died of electrocution after touching a downed power line. The two additional deaths brings Laura’s death toll in the state to 25 people.
Laura hit Louisiana’s southwestern parishes when she made landfall as a Category 4 hurricane.
