Some auto insurers are giving drivers rebates with so few people on the roads during the pandemic stay at home orders. WWL's Dave Cohen tells us more are expected to follow:
Among the companies cutting premiums are All State... giving policy holders two months of 15% reductions and GEICO with six months of 10% reductions:
"All State's gesture nationwide is $600 million and GEICO's is $2 billion."
Louisiana Insurance Commissioner Jim Donelon says with fewer crashes now, he and other regulators across the country are urging all insurers to follow suit.
"That will really be a huge help."
