Snee Chemical, the Harahan-based maker of disinfectants and industrial cleaners has received the OK to market a new product as killer of COVID-19.
More precisely, the new disinfectant kills SARS-Cov-2, the virus that causes COVID-19.
Snee President Mitchell Mark told the Times-Picayune/New Orleans Advocate business for the company has been booming of late and is expected to grow even more when the new product hits the market.
Called Tactical Strike, the product is a new blend of ammonium compounds that kill the SARS-CoV-2 virus.
Snee’s product passed efficacy tests by the EPA and received the green light to market their disinfectant as a COVID killer.
Snee is a maker of disinfectants, hand sanitizer, and other personal protection equipment.
