Labor Day is looking to stay hot with few chances of storms.
WWLTV’s Dave Nussbaum says, “The Bermuda High pressure is still along the U.S. East Coast today. We will remain partly cloudy, dry and hot today with high temperatures in the mid 90s. The heat index will be around 105. Tonight will be partly cloudy and muggy with lows in the 70s. For your Labor Day forecast, the Bermuda High will move back to the east as a weak cold front moves toward us this weekend. The front will not move through, but it will be close enough to set off spotty showers and storms on Saturday with highs in the mid 90s. Sunday will be partly cloudy with a few showers and storms. Highs will be in the lower 90s.”
